The Alt2su in-person group is held in a non-clinical, community space and does not require any bookings or referrals prior to attending the group. People aged 18 and over who identify with thoughts or experiences are welcome to attend and you don't have to use your usual name. There is no need to bring anything other than yourself - we will provide tea, coffee and snacks. The space has bathrooms and lots of on-street parking available.

Coming into a new space with new people can be overwhelming - and that's ok. There is no expectation on you to share unless you feel comfortable to do so. You don't even have to speak at all, and your presence will still be valued.
